For thousands of years the custom of cremation has been performed all over
the world.  This decision has become less difficult in these modern times.  By
owning our own crematory, Southern California Crematory, we are able to 
offer a caring environment and the latest in cremation technology. By 
maintaining an open door policy, which provides for inspection during operating 
hours, we make the decision of cremation simple, safe, and dignified. We take 
pride in a service that is unsurpassed and excellent in every detail.

In California, Cremated Remains may have one of the following
final resting places:

• Kept at a Residence
• Placed at a Cemetery, Mausoleum, or a licensed Religious
  Columbarium/Site.
• Scattered at Sea further than 500 yards from shore
  (not from a pier, jetty, or structure)

Viewing & Cremation is $2,395.00*
Includes: Basic service charge, removal from place of death*, embalming, dressing, cosmetology and casketing, general use of facilities and equipment as required for (one) visitation in our chapel of 4 hours or any part thereof, use of Rental Casket, memorial book, memorial folders or prayer cards, transportation to and from crematory, and cremation charge. (Cremains are returned in temporary plastic urn).

* Disposition Permit ($11.00), Certified Copies of the Death Certificate
($14.00 each), and State Cremation Fee ($8.50) are not included

** Mileage outside San Diego County $2.50 per mile from Mortuary
(Los Angeles $300.00, Riverside $225.00).
