Featheringill Mortuary

Our mortuary provides a complete cremation service for those who select this form of disposition. We can arrange a "direct cremation", often at a much lower cost than that of the cremation societies.
Many families wish to have a viewing or memorial service in connection with the cremation. The viewing can be carried out without the need to purchase a casket. The memorial service can be held in our chapel with the assistance of our staff or be directed by the family at a location of their choice. Services can also be held at the time the ashes are placed. A complete selection of urns are available for your consideration.

Direct Cremation*
Includes: Basic service charge, removal from place of death**, cremation container, transportation to and from crematory, and cremation charge. (Cremains are returned in a temporary plastic urn).

Includes: Basic service charge, removal from place of death**, cremation container, transportation to and from crematory, and cremation charge. (Cremains are returned in a temporary plastic urn). Embalming, Dressing and handling, one 4 hour visitation and personnel, and hairdressing/cosmetology.

Cremation with a Memorial Service (body not present)*

Use of Featheringill Mortuary's College or Helix View chapel for memorial service, director for the memorial service, memorial folders or prayer cards, and memorial book.
