     Funeral Rules(1984).  Complete disclosure
     of costs and services is the intent of these
     consumer oriented regulations.
          While these do assist in getting the facts,
     it is still up to the consumer to obtain
     the prices and compare with other firms
     services and costs.  Thses prices vary greatly between funeral homes and it should
     be the obligation of each family to make these comparisons.
