BASIC INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING OUR
CHARGES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED.


The goods and services shown on this GENERAL PRICE LIST, are those we can provide to
our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any Funeral
Arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. This list does
not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you from
others on your behalf. These items will be listed as CASH ADVANCES on your funeral
contract and are defined as any item purchased on your behalf from anyone other
than FEATHERINGILL MORTUARY. We have no control over these prices, and the charge
to you will be the EXACT charges of the other company, unless otherwise stated. 
If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for,
we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods
and services you selected.

the decedent's survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is 
entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the 
funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for,
in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent."
