Herbert passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 88.

He was born on November 3, 1937, in Agana, Guam. He served in the military and was proud of that time in his life. He loved his wife and daughter very much, enjoyed spending time at casinos and gardening.

He is survived by his daughter.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years.
