Irene Valdovino Andrade

On Friday, May 20, 2022, Irene V. Andrade, loving wife, mother of four and grandmother, passed away at the age of 88.
Irene was born on June 28, 1933 in Mexico City, Mexico to Sylvestre Valdovino and Estela Gutierrez Valdovino. On June 18, 1961, she married Armando Andrade.
As a homemaker, Irene’s love for her family was reflected by her care and commitment to her family and home. Her creative talents brought her joy and influenced her talented flair for decorating, painting, and creating ceramic dolls.
Irene had 8 brothers and sisters and was preceded in death by her parents, four of her siblings and one daughter.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 at 11:00am at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church – 8086 Broadway Ave., Lemon Grove, CA followed by a burial service on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 at 1:30pm at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery – 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Dr., San Diego, CA.
