Jennifer Marie Murray, born on October 15, 1962, in a world that would be forever changed by her gentle spirit and profound love, passed away peacefully at 2am September 19, 2025 at Scripps Mercy Hospital. Her journey through life touched many hearts and her memories forever be cherished by those she left behind. Jen as she preferred to be called was preceded death by her beloved father Andrew Jackson Mills, her mother Helen Naomi Mills her daughter, Sharon, and her brother, Marcus Jackson Mills. Each of these losses weighed heavily on her heart, yet she carried their love with her throughout her life.

She is survived by her devoted sister, Janet Mills Merten, and her other sister, Judith Mills Neid who shared countless moments of joy and sorrow with Jennifer, reinforcing the bonds of sisterhood that are woven with love and laughter. Jennifer's legacy continues through her family, which includes her niece Marianne Garcia, her granddaughter Callen Merten, her son Thomas Murray, and her daughter Kristina Reeves. Each of them carries forward her spirit, embodying the kindness, strength, and warmth that she so generously bestowed upon all who were fortunate enough to know her.

From every corner of her life—friends, family, and acquaintances—Jennifer's absence will be deeply felt. She brought light to those around her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved and knew her.
