Margarida Hanni Zumwalt

Margarida (Gretli) Hanni Zumwalt of El Cajon California, loving wife and mother, former high school teacher and community leader, passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 94. She is survived by her children and their spouses Frances, Sue, James, Ann and Barbara. Born on June 30, 1927, in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, Margarida grew up in Switzerland and arrived in California to join her husband James Gregory Zumwalt in 1953. Margarida was a member of the First Presbyterian church of El Cjon and taught for many years at Granite Hills High School.
