Paul John Cowan

Paul Cowan, age 69, of San Diego, CA passed away unexpectedly on December 25 after a long and loving life. The family is deeply saddened by his death. Paul grew up in Santee, CA where he attended Santana High School. In Paul’s younger years, he enjoyed dirt bike racing and surfing. He later went on to coach softball for many years. Our family is at grateful to know that Paul is no longer suffering and is at peace watching over them from a better place. 

Paul is predeceased by his father – Roby Cowan, his mother – Marjorie Cowan, his brother – David Cowan, and his beloved dog – Jake. He is survived by his two daughters, Whitney Cowan and Brooke Williams-Kay, as well as four grandchildren, Bella Sabatino, Rider Sabatino, Landon Williams-Kay, and Lachlan Kay. He also has a fifth grandchild on the way that he will unfortunately not be able to meet on this side of Heaven.

Paul will be missed dearly by his family and friends. To celebrate his life, we will be holding a memorial service. Details to come soon.
