Phyllis Kaye Jenkins

Phyllis Kaye Jenkins, 72 years of age, originally of Dubach, Louisiana, passed away on November 3, 2025 at her home in San Diego, California.  A Celebration of Life Service will take place at Featheringill Mortuary on November 22, 2025 at 12:00 pm.

Born to Ruth Dunn Jenkins and John Willie Jenkins Jr on January 10, 1953, earned herself a Master's degree and had several notable academic achievements.   Her degree was in Business Administration and she had a 40 year respected career in civil service as a Human Resource Manager.  She was well known to be dedicated to her job, her clients, and her friends.

She leaves behind her sister, Vivian Sheryl Jenkins Kuumba and nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
