Sheila Jean Hauserman

Sheila J. Hauserman (Whitehouse), 85, passed away peacefully in the care of hospice at a Memory Care facility in San Diego, California. Born in Kewanee, Illinois, in 1939 to Dale and Mildred Whitehouse, Sheila dedicated over 50 years of her life to nursing, caring for countless patients with compassion and skill.

Sheila found joy in gardening and unwinding at the end of each day with a nice glass of wine. Her life was centered around caring for others, both professionally and personally.

She is survived by her son, James Hauserman-Veskerna, and his husband, Brian Veskerna; granddaughter, Alexxis Hauserman; and great-grandchildren, August and Violette.

Sheila will be remembered for her dedication to healing others and her loving devotion to family.
