Wesley Stanislaus Dymek

Wesley S. Dymek, 76, of Lakeside, California, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, August 25, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at Sharp Coronado Hospital Subacute II Unit.

Born in Elk, Poland, on July 10, 1950, he was the son of the late Matthew and Danuta (Zgutczyńska) Dymek. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerome Dymek and Michael Dymek, and his sister, Denise Dymek Kohl.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Rosemary (Dziak); three children, Jennifer A. (Dymek) Hoffmann and her husband, Jurgen, Candice N. Dymek, and Eric B. Dymek and his wife, Angela; and his sister, Alice DiSabella and her husband, Peter; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Wesley was a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a degree in Engineering. He dedicated his career to engineering and believed deeply in the importance of sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation.

Long before Paragon, his career included remarkable accomplishments, including work related to NATO manufacturing and the Space Shuttle program. Yet some of the work he was most proud of happened much closer to home: building Paragon, developing engineers, creating opportunities for others, and watching both the company and its people grow. To Wesley, success was not simply about what he accomplished himself, but about the people he helped along the way.

Above all, Wesley was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. His intelligence, determination, generosity, and willingness to share his knowledge left an enduring mark on those who knew him.

A Celebration of Life to honor Wesley and his remarkable life will be held at a later date, to be determined.

Wesley will forever remain a part of the many lives he touched throughout the years. As a family and as a company, we are honored to carry his legacy forward.
